Layla is a university qualified Naturopath, clinical nutritionist, educator and has run her own private practice since 2009. Layla completed an Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy in 2007 and Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Naturopathy in 2009 and has been in private practice since. Additionally, Layla has been a member of the academic faculty at Endeavour College of Natural Medicine, as well as Naturopath, educator and public speaker for Blackmores.

In Clinic

Layla offers her patients a unique and comprehensive health coaching service that blends herbal medicine with nutrition and diet counseling. While addressing and alleviating presenting symptoms, Layla works collaboratively with her patients to uncover and treat the root cause of suboptimal health and fine tune their lifestyle to compliment and make long term change. In between consultations, Layla welcomes an open line of communication with everyone she works with which effectively increases patient compliance and progress.

Areas of focus include: Women's health, digestion, weight management and mood support - stress, anxiety, depression and sleeplessness. For many years, Layla has extended her services to support women with endometriosis and their families. She  offers workshops and group education, mentoring, private health coaching and meet-up support groups for those with Endometriosis. Having suffered for many years with endometriosis, Layla supports from a place of experience and is well recognised as a passionate practitioner with a very real and transformative approach to endometriosis management. Layla believes there is no ‘one size fits all’, managing endometriosis is multi layered and requires the support of a team of professionals, recognising she is not the ‘one stop shop’. Layla works closely with her ‘endo girls’ to navigate the easiest path forward.
